Change retainer with pneumatic control

If the hole shape of a repeatedly used part differs (e.g. when producing special-interest or export cars), you may apply certain punches by controlling the punch retainer plate pneumatically. For this action, the press has to be switched off only for a short time. Once withdrawn, the punch is pressed by means of springs against the pressure plate. Thus, during the idle stroke, the punch does not cause impressions on the metal sheet. The scope of delivery contains: air cylinders, all required bolts, pins and fittings. Metric fittings are coloured in Blue whereas Inch fittings are Orange.
